1: We will always work to improve or retain rankings, and increase conversions and return on investment for our clients’ sites to the best of our ability. We will continue to stay ahead of the curve by keeping pace with the evolving search engine algorithms and changing website technologies.

2: We will treat all clients fairly and without bias. When providing services for clients in related industries, we will do so impartially, in good faith, and with fairness. We will ensure that all clients’ campaign efforts are handled equitably. When necessary, and possibly for a fee, we may assign different SEO account managers and specialists to ensure a dedicated approach for each account.

3: We will set realistic expectations. We will never make unreasonable promises or guarantees. We will communicate honestly about what results are achievable, providing a clear understanding of both what can and cannot be expected from our services.

4: We will maintain complete confidentiality and protect the anonymity of our clients. We will never disclose any client’s business information or discuss our SEO work without prior written consent. All employees and contractors at Brands Boost will sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure the privacy of client information.

5: We will not engage in any activities that harm a client’s brand or reputation. We will adhere to search engine guidelines and avoid any tactics that could result in penalties or removal from search engine indexes or directories.

6: We reserve the right to decline work from businesses that are controversial or political. This includes political campaigns, gambling, drugs, pornography, or any services seen as opportunistic in national emergencies. We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether a client is a good fit for our agency.

7: We will not intentionally violate the published rules of search engines. We stay updated on search engine rules and guidelines, ensuring our client’s sites remain compliant with any changes to avoid potential violations.

8: We will not violate any laws. We will ensure that our practices comply with copyright laws, trademarks, and applicable local, state, and international business and internet regulations.

9: We will not misrepresent others’ work as our own. We aim to provide original content and designs for all clients. If third-party content is used, we will obtain the proper consent for its use.

10: We will not intentionally deceive or mislead consumers or search engine crawlers. We will ensure that the information displayed in search engine results listings, advertisements, and on our clients’ websites is accurate and truthful.

11: We will not misrepresent our services or ourselves. We will be transparent about our SEO services, methods, expertise, certifications, resources, and timelines, never intentionally misleading our clients.

12: We will provide adequate dispute resolution procedures for all clients. This includes publishing our Customer Support team’s contact information clearly on our website, as well as providing information on the jurisdiction for legal disputes upon request.
